Delivery & Returns
We normally deliver your tiles into your garage or an area at the front of your property where possible. However, in some cases, we can deliver just inside the nearest point of access. ie: Porch or Hallway.
We are not insured to deliver upstairs or further into your property ie: Kitchen, Dining room or Lounge, incase any accidental damade occurs to your property. If you are unsure, please give us a call before ordering and we will be able to advise you.
If you wish to return any items then they must be:
- Within 28 days of purchase - Sales Order date.
- In full unopened boxes that are in a resaleable condition.
- Accompanied with the original sales receipt.
- Special order items will incurr a restocking fee of 25% and a carriage charge of £25.00
